Stanley Consultants garners two more workplace awards

Energage awarded Stanley Consultants two Culture Excellence awards on the heels of its 2024 Top Workplaces USA Today ranking released in March, 2024. Stanley was recognized for outstanding compensation and benefits and exceptional work-life flexibility.

These awards are based on confidential surveys of a company’s workforce by the recruitment and retention consulting firm Energage. Awards are based on comparison to a company’s industry peers. The  Work-Life Flexibility Award recognizes organizations that prioritize creating a culture where employees can effectively balance their personal lives while maintaining high performance. The Compensation & Benefits Award is given to organizations that provide fair and competitive packages to their employees.
